MEMBER acknowledges that Malibu Marketing and Tax Consultants is an independent marketing company, and that this agreement is not dependent on any other transaction taking place.

MEMBER understands that Malibu Marketing and Tax Consultants provides marketing services to MEMBER by listing MEMBER’S property on several marketing websites including its own, www.malibumarketingandtaxconsultants.com

MEMBER understands that Malibu Marketing and Tax Consultants will not be relied upon for residual income.

Malibu Marketing and Tax Consultants will contact MEMBER 15 – 30 days after payment to confirm the provided information is correct and to assist client with any inquiries relating to Malibu Marketing and Tax Consultants services.

MEMBER understands that payment made to Malibu Marketing and Tax Consultants will have five business days to request a refund.

MEMBER understands and authorizes Malibu Marketing and Tax Consultants to charge the marketing fee.

Malibu Marketing and Tax Consultants will provide assistance in answering all questions regarding tax benefits that the MEMBER will be eligible for in their home country.
