Either way, register with Malibu Marketing and we will turn it into an investment property for tax purposes. How do I turn my Vacation Property to an Investment Property?

By registering with Malibu Marketing, an active and aggressive marketing agency, we will list your property, showing that it is an investment property.

How do I register my Investment property?

Enrolling with Malibu Marketing is easier than ever before with the online registration process. Click here, and fill in a form with the details of your Investment Property to get registered. Upon payment, you will be sent an invoice with our T.I.N. (Tax Identification Number). After we receive it, we’ll process it and have your investment property in the program within 24 business hours.

Can I use my unit after I have listed it?

As long as no reservations have already been placed in your unit, your week is free for you to use.

How long does it take for me to receive my payment?

Within 5 business days of a confirmed reservation, a wire transfer will be sent to your bank.
